This program takes us from the eternal city of Rome into the rolling terracotta countryside of Tuscany, with its precariously perched hilltop towns, and on to the gently undulating, olive-clad slopes of the Paduan Hills. We stay in the green and craggy landscape of Umbria and view the breathtaking scenery of the Amalfi Coast where whitewashed villages tumble into azure blue seas. Complete itinerary here.

The regions of Italy are diverse and nowhere is this diversity more pronounced than in the north. This program demonstrates the geographical, cultural, historical and architectural differences which exist in this crossroads of Italian civilizations.
Our program features the mountainous countryside of Northern Italy and the fertile plains and coastal regions bordering the Adriatic and Ligurian Seas. We will learn about the numerous civilizations that have shaped the character of its people, its architecture and its culture.
