Waipoua Lodge is nestled on a ridge overlooking the Waipoua Forest, at the gateway to three wonders of the area: Waipoua Kauri Forest Sanctuary - New Zealand's largest Kauri forest (home of 'Tane Mahuta', one of the world’s largest and most ancient trees), the crystal clear Kai Iwi Lakes and New Zealand's longest drivable golden sand beach.
