The Chalet’s sustainable design excellence was recognized when Whare Kea received the Relais & Chateaux Environmental Award in 2004.

Whare Kea is normally booked on an individual basis, but can be booked for exclusive use by a single group of guests. Two families, or even three generations of one family, can share the adventure of the surrounding lakes and mountains.
