What is a Global Ed-venture?
We are proud to present the portfolio of stimulating Ed-Ventures for active, inquisitive travelers. Our programs are a mix of history, natural heritage, culture and soft adventure. Hence we have chosen “Ed-Ventures” to describe our programs which reflect our philosophy of offering a wide range of adventurous, cultural and heritage journeys that broaden your horizons and broaden the mind. Our partner operator an Australian not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting worthwhile and socially responsible research programs. As a participant-needs-driven organization, your satisfaction takes priority and there are no shareholder dividends.

Tailor-Made for the Active Discerning Adults
Regardless of which Ed-Venture you choose, rest assured that our programs have been designed with active mature adults in mind, so you will be travelling with like-minded, compatible companions.

Small Group Advantage
Our programs vary in size up to a maximum of 32 participants. Such group sizes ensure your comfort and enable you to interact successfully with the other participants and your program leader.

Fully Inclusive and Value-For-Money
Unlike commercial tours, Escorted Ed-Ventures are fully inclusive. There are no hidden extras and you know what you are committed to from the beginning. Programs include accommodation, touring by comfortable and modern coaches, most (if not all) meals, lectures, field trips and excursions, services of a program leader, applicable entry fees, services of local guides, and gratuities. There are no hidden extras and no options to buy. We include those things normally sold as options in the initial cost, enabling you to budget more accurately. Inclusions may vary from program to program, and these are listed on the detailed itineraries. All of this represents real value-for-money.

Extensions
You may wish to extend your stay at the conclusion of your program. Please ask your Travel Agent for assistance.

Single Supplement
We have many single and double/twin rooms available on most programs for an additional cost which we call a single supplement. If practicable, to offset this additional cost, our staff will try to find you a suitable companion with whom to share.

Itinerary Changes
Itineraries may change if flight, rail, cruise schedules, site availability and other inclusions have to be amended prior to departure. Your Travel Agent will notify registrants if, and as soon as, such changes occur.

Pricing
All prices are based on a twin share per person basis unless otherwise stated. 2008 prices are valid to March 2008.
